P&C Membership
Membership of the Oak Flats Public School P&C is open to all parents and guardians of currently enrolled students and staff of Oak Flats Public School, and citizens of the local Oak Flats community. You may join as a member at any time, however membership does not become ‘active' until the close of the next general meeting of the association.
Becoming a financial member is simple. Download and complete the fillable membership form. Email the completed form to the president of the OFPS P&C at ofpspc@gmail.com, or alternatively print the completed form and bring it along to the next meeting along with your $1.00 membership fee.
Once you are a financial member of the OFPS P&C Association you may move and vote on motions and stand for election on the executive committee or sub-committees. All committee members wishing to vote and stand for elections must be financial members of the OFPS P&C.
Volunteers are the school's greatest resource.
The OFPS P&C Association is solely run by Volunteers who donate their time and expertise. Parent and Teaching Staff work closely together for the betterment of the Student Community.
There are many ways you can contribute either by volunteering on a Committee or helping out when we need Volunteers. You can also volunteer in your child's classroom activities such as reading groups and at the computer lab.
If you would like to help in any capacity, simply enquire directly at the School Office. You will also need to fill out a 100 point working with children check form available directly from the office.
